Airtel Kenya has commissioned four additional customer service centres in Nairobi.

The telecommunications company opened the centres in response to growing demand from end users who rely on mobile connectivity, digital services and mobile financial solutions for daily communication, payments and business operations.

The new customer service centres are located at Development House in Nairobi’s Central Business District, Freedom Heights in Lang’ata, Magunas Superstores in Utawala and Garden City Mall.

Through these centres, Airtel Kenya customers will be able to access support for SIM card registration and replacement, Airtel Money services, customer onboarding, device support, voice solutions and data services. The centres will also support both individual subscribers and business customers who require access to reliable communication and digital service solutions.

The move comes at a time when more Kenyans are using smartphones, mobile payments and online platforms for everyday transactions. As digital adoption continues to grow, telecom operators are under increasing pressure to bring customer support closer to the communities they serve.

Airtel Kenya Managing Director Ashish Malhotra said the new centres reflect the company’s effort to improve access and strengthen service delivery across Nairobi.

“As Nairobi continues to grow and evolve, so do the needs of our customers. We are seeing increasing demand for reliable connectivity, digital services and mobile financial solutions,” said Malhotra.

“These new customer touchpoints are designed to make it easier for customers to access Airtel products, services and support wherever they are, while reinforcing our commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.”The additional centres form part of Airtel Kenya’s broader plan to expand its retail presence, improve customer engagement and remain competitive in Kenya’s fast-growing telecommunications and mobile money market.
