As they extended operations, the company needed an in-country, trusted partner to help transition key regional staff from contractor status to fully compliant employees—without setting up local entities. They sought a flexible firm with deep knowledge of labour laws, payroll structures, and employment regulations across these markets, and the ability to manage change sensitively given concerns about statutory deductions and take-home pay.

We deployed an Employer of Record model across Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, and Senegal, drafting locally compliant employment contracts, coordinating seamless onboarding, and running monthly payroll with transparent simulations to explain net salary changes. We provided one-on-one advisory sessions, structured internal communications, ensured continuity of benefits and seniority, and handled tax and statutory remittances alongside ongoing legal and HR support.
