Our outsourcing partner is a rapidly growing Professional Employer Organisation (PEO) and global Employer of Record (EoR), headquartered in Asia, serving 3,200+ multinational customers across 160 countries. They set the standard for enabling companies to hire, onboard and pay staff without opening local entities. To extend that promise into Africa, they partnered with Workforce Africa’s EoR solution.
The Need
They required an in-country, trusted and reliable firm to represent them across multiple African markets—one that deeply understands varied labour laws, tax rules and social-security schemes, and could move fast without setting up local entities or HR teams. Speed to deploy revenue-generating personnel and strict compliance across anglophone, francophone and lusophone jurisdictions were non-negotiable.
What We Did
We handled all in-country HR for their outsourced employees—drafting compliant employment contracts, running payroll and statutory remittances, and coordinating onboarding end-to-end. We guided documentation and immigration where required, provided transparent payroll simulations, administered benefits, and offered ongoing compliance advice through a single point of contact. This enabled rapid deployment of talent across seven markets.
The Outcome
The partnership delivered compliance peace of mind, significant time savings, and notable cost avoidance from not opening local entities or building in-house payroll. With 23 professionals already onboarded—including sales and after-sales engineering roles—the model provides a scalable, repeatable path for further expansion while keeping projects on schedule.
