With a legal and Human Resources background, Dieudonné NKUNZI started his career in the field of Human Resources a little over 15 years ago in Europe. In 2016 he left Europe to pursue his career in a leading multinational logistics and transport company in the DRC until 2019. During the last three years, he worked as HR Manager in four countries in Central Africa; namely, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo Brazzaville, Gabon, and Equatorial Guinea.
In October 2019, he joined Rawbank's Human Capital department as Deputy Director, and currently serves as the Director of Human Capital.
Cyrille Mukendi is an accomplished HR professional with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at FBNBank RDC since 2015. Based in Kinshasa, Cyrille oversees HR functions and capital management, fostering a strong performance culture within the organization. Prior to FBNBank, she was Head of Human Capital Management at UBA DRC and held key roles at Millicom, where she specialized in talent development, performance management, and recruitment strategy. Carine Mwaba is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in the financial and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as the Country Head of Human Capital for Standard Bank Group in the Democratic Republic of Congo since 2018. She brings a strong track record in HR strategy, having held previous roles as HR Director for Airtel DRC and Airtel Gabon, and leading HR Shared Services for Airtel Africa’s Francophone regions. Mamie Agnes Muadi K. is an accomplished HR leader with extensive expertise in strategic human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Vodacom Congo (RDC) S.A., where she has held executive HR leadership roles since 2015. Previously, Michel was the Compensation & Benefits Manager and Acting HR Director at Oasis Sprl, focusing on employee rewards, benefits, and engagement for six years. Currently, he serves as the Director of Human Resources at RAWSUR Life and Non-Life Insurance in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo, where he oversees strategic HR initiatives and employee administration. Before joining RAWSUR, Jean Claude spent 10 years at RAWBANK SA, where he was responsible for administration and payroll, gaining expertise in managing large-scale HR operations in the financial sector.

Jean Claude is recognized for his strong background in financial and administrative HR management, supporting workforce efficiency, and operational excellence.
Ivan Kalonda is a seasoned HR leader with over 17 years of experience in the mining sector. He currently serves as the General Manager of Human Resources at Tenke Fungurume Mining in the DRC. Ivan previously held roles as HR Manager and Training Manager at TFM, where he oversaw employee development. He is a Mandela Washington Fellow and holds a Master of Business Leadership (MBL) from UNISA, as well as a business and entrepreneurship certification from Cambridge College.
Chantal Luh is an experienced HR professional with over 13 years in the field. She currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at CRDB Bank Congo, a position she has held since June 2023.
