The session actually gave me much more than I expected – It was a good one so definitely I will be coming back. It was very practical, very insightful and honestly, objectively I will rate it a five.

I was very impressed by the quality of the presentation and from everything that was presented, it was an amazing session, very well done.

This program is a treasure trove of fantastic things for HR leaders to learn from. You know, as I said, very relevant, current and things that you can situate within your context have been shared here today so I'm happy I came here. This session has been fantastic, like I said, it's like a lot of hidden treasures within it which you can take from It's also very practical and hands-on.

From the knowledge shared today and interaction with other HR professionals, I think I've benefited a lot and it's a time, an investment, well made in time.

HR should understand the business, love the business, take the business, have ownership of the business and that's how you truly begin to have a place on the table, know the business backend because if you truly know the business and the figures, then it then transcends into how you want to develop people's strategies to help the business.

It was punchy, it was straight to the point, it was candid and I look forward to doing this again.

The session was very insightful. I actually learnt a lot for me as an eye opener to, you know, a lot of things that we didn't expect that we could apply in the industry today.

One of my biggest take away was doing focusing on focus and also how to align business strategy with the L&D, a programme where we're about to develop in our organisations. I'll give you a 10/10 because I got more than what I was expecting. I got more than what I was bargaining for, and for free.

The takeaways for improve learning and development in organisation and the expectation is to especially the aspect that talk about training the managers so that they can then implement that to the employees is something I've not given a talk to. But I think with this session is going to be very. I'm going to implement that.

My expectations were exceeded. So when I was coming, of course part of what I was interested in is definitely linking with other learning managers and I'm finding out how I can improve in terms of that space and area for my organisation. But my greatest take away is that definitely you cannot give what you do not have. So it's important that even as learning managers, when you're giving out learning and you're helping others to develop, you also remember to focus on yourself and then also, you know, continue to improve yourself. So I mean, this is a great way to start the year. And then it put a lot of things into perspective for me and other learning managers. So I'm looking forward to more engagements like this.

The expectation was met. It even exceeded the expectation. When I was coming in, I thought it was going to be like a marketing and networking session and but when we came in, we learnt a few things. We learnt about the one thing that really struck me is about focusing and taking care of myself and then being a business partner to the companies that we work for. So that is very important, you know, in learning we, we tend to just prefer solutions without even, you know, taking time to understand the business. So we will be better strategic partners with, you know, for our different organisations that we work with.

My expectations were surpassed and I, I think the takeaways for me were the implementation parts. And there's so much mindsets, you know, the aspect of the mindsets, I think we have a number of that. But when it came to implementation, I think that really struck me and I saw so many, many gaps in my organisation. As you know, Mr Bolaji, you know, took that part. It was, it was very practical, very practical and great work from work work for us.

I find the session very insightful, quite a number of take away for me, one of them is the perspective that Bolaji brought around execution, circle of execution and also I also love his perspective about talent mindset, having the right talent mindset These are some of the take away I'm looking to go and apply in my role as chief HR officer in my organization

The key take out are the insights shared at the session, it's something I will live with and I'm sure I'm going to apply this when I get to the office and also it's something that I'm going to tell my colleagues about and subsequent session will be attended by them so they can also hear from Bolaji and his team.
